When did you join NZME and what was your first job? I first joined in 2001 as a Sales Coordinator in the Entertainment Team.
What other roles have you done along the way that lead you to where you are now? During my second tour of duty at APN / NZME which began in 2007 I have held the following roles:
Office Manager / HR Administrator
Sales Performance & Culture Advisor
Sales Performance & Culture Manager
Recruitment & Employer Brand Lead
How did you progress into new roles? I made sure to have career conversations with my managers during GuideMe sessions so they knew what my goals were and how they could align within NZME.
Best part of your workday? Having the opportunity to create and deliver amazing employee experiences.
Your office rocks because... I think all the NZME offices rock! I know there’s the perception outside of Auckland that Central is where it’s at, but whenever I spend time in the regions I’m reminded how awesome the NZME offices and people are around NZ.
